Workshop: Introduction to Modern Calligraphy (Beginners Level)

Location: Clock On/Off Studio + Cafe | Sydney

Time: 10am - 1pm

Learn the basics of modern calligraphy in a fun and relaxed studio environment! I'll show you some of my favourite tools and materials and what you need to get started, how to hold and write with an oblique calligraphy pen (which you'll get in your cute calligraphy take home kits 🔥), we'll do some basic calligraphy drills and strokes, learn how to write the alphabet and how to start joining your letters! 

THIS WORKSHOP WILL COVER:

Tools and materials to get you started

How to use the oblique pen effectively and how to actually use these tools so you can write!

Basic calligraphy drills and strokes

Writing the alphabet in a modern calligraphy style

Joining your letters

Knowledge Required: None! This workshop is perfect for complete beginners! (You must be over 18 years of age to attend this workshop)

This workshop suits both right handed and left handed students :)

Class size: 20 students max

Rescheduling/Refund Policy: 

If you cannot attend a workshop, please notify us via email at least 5 days before the workshop date and we will do our best to reschedule you into another date if possible and only if we have our minimum numbers already met for the current workshop, and if we have an available future workshop date.

No refunds once you've purchased your workshop ticket, so please ensure you can attend the date before commiting to purchase. Tickets are transferrable, so you are welcome to give your ticket to someone else to attend in your place if you cannot attend. Thanks so much.
