This is our boho rainbow set of milestone discs, which includes a personalised name disc for your baby and all their milestones from 1 week to 1 year. Features our signature rainbow detailing in earthy tones of pale pink, earthy terracotta and a saffron yellow moon and stars. Discs have alternating bohemian designs which include boho rainbows and crescent moon and stars.
