Please read these terms and conditions before placing an order with us. Placing your order, leaving a deposit or making payment, indicates that you accept these terms and conditions.

*** IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT DESIGN PROOFS ***

A design proof is included in your purchase. You may change your design up to 3 times. Any further changes will incur a $5 fee per change.


APPROVING YOUR DESIGN PROOF

Your approval in writing via email acts as final approval of the design proofs exactly as they appear within the emailed digital design proofs. Once you have given email approval, that design is final and production will commence. Please be careful to check the design proof before giving your approval, as this will be the final design and changes will no longer be allowed.

Nikki Design Co. will not be responsible for any incorrect text that has been approved by the client, so please check your design proofs very carefully before giving your approval.

Please send us the names and tables for your seating sign via an excel spreadsheet or word document.

A design proof is included in your purchase. You may change your design up to 3 times. Any further changes will incur a $5 fee per change.

It is your responsibility to make sure that all names, spellings and tables are 100% correct before sending us your seating plans. We cannot be held responsible for any spelling errors noticed after the proofs have been approved by you via email approval.

You are welcome to pay the full amount upon booking, or you have the option to pay a 50% deposit upon booking to confirm your order, with the 50% outstanding balance due 3 months before your event date.

Production will not start until the full payment is received.

Nikki Design Co. is based in Bexley, NSW. We offer free local pick up from us in Bexley - on weekdays before 6 pm only.

We ship Australia-wide using either Australia Post or via our Sendle courier to ship your order to you. You will receive tracking with your order.

LOCAL PICK UP + SHIPPING


We take the utmost care to ensure that all orders are packed very carefully and securely at all times using kraft paper, bubble wrap, cardboard and/or boxes depending on the items you’ve ordered.

Nikki Design Co. cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit once the order has been dispatched.

LOSS OR DAMAGE


All our items are made to order and personalised to each client's specifications. Once we have received your deposit or payment, we cannot offer any refunds, so please choose carefully before placing an order with us.

Once a deposit (partial or full) or payment (partial or full) is made, but then you decide to cancel your order, we cannot refund your deposit or payment, so please choose carefully before placing an order with us.

CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS
